Beckem's first catch!

We took our 2nd trip to Strawberry this summer with Tyler's family. His grandparents took their trailor and we took ours so we got to avoid tents this year! Friday was absolutely beautiful! It was so sunny and the kids had a blast!

Grandma Kenna took Iz and Beckem for a walk. You can tell by their faces that they were enjoying every minute of it!

Isabel can make Beckem laugh like no one else can. She was playing peek a boo with him and he was doing my favorite giggle!
Beckem loved wandering off and wheeling his wagon full of toys around. He is fearless which makes me a little nervous! I think he's going to be a toddler that runs away a lot like I was!
There's nothing better than playing cards outside with a beautiful view!

On our way to the boat Beckem was getting all energized to catch a fish! We gave Beckem this Pirates of the Carribean fishing pole for Easter and this was his first time using it. Tyler casted it out and gave it to Beckem and a couple minutes later he had the first fish! We reeled it in forever because he had a huge fish on his little pole! Tyler was surprised he caught one because he kept banging the pole against the boat and wasn't holding it still. Apparently that technique catches big fish!

Grandma Kenna thought she'd try out Beckem strategy to see if she could catch one.

Harley just loved chillin' on the back of the boat and soaking up the sun.

Grandpa Mike bites the hook out of their mouth and sometimes gives them a kiss just to get a rise out of me I think! Yuck!

Beckem caught another fish but this time we were in charge of the net.
It was so hot outside Beckem was starting to get worn out.

It wasn't long before he crashed! Tyler caught some pretty big fish too!

His dad did as well! All in all I think we caught 15 fish in the hour we were out there. So much fun!

After a fun day in the sun it was time for books and bed!
The next day started out raining right off the bat! Olivia didn't seem to mind. She was enjoying her breakfast on a gloomy day.

We are cursed when it comes to our camping trips because there is always one day it rains! It seriously rained/poured the entire day. We spend a lot of time indoors playing games, eating, and of course napping!

It was a little crowded but we all survived our day of rain!Beckem is easily entertained so he didn't get bored. The best part of the whole day was this beautiful rainbow that went across the entire sky. Makes a rainy day worthwhile!

Since we couldn't play outside the kids had to enjoy the water inside the trailor.

There is something that is so fun about standing up in the tub. Beckem does it every day! Uncle Trevor was trying to get the kids to sleep and they are all looking really tired huh!
